We want to work with you to make your purchase a pleasant one and are willing to discuss all possible options.
- Returns will be issued refunds in the form of store credit.
- Store credit will be given for all returns.
- Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and smell free.
- Tags must be attached and items must remain in original packaging, if applicable.
- Packing slip must be included with the return.
- Only regular-priced items may be returned.
- We must receive your return within 21 days of the order date to receive a full refund in the form of store credit.
- Original shipping charge is non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for paying his/her own shipping costs for any item that is returned, via any carrier. The customer should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchase shipping insurance if the return is over $50. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item. If the returned item is found to be in acceptable condition, the return shipping will be refunded to the customer.
- Once the return has been received and processed, the customer will receive a notification email with their code for store credit.

- If you would like to exchange an item for another size, the item must be returned first and must meet the requirements listed above.
- After we receive, inspect, and approve the item for a refund, we will issue a store credit that you can use towards the item you wish to order.
